1. Data We Collect

CoreFree collects only the minimum data necessary to operate and improve its services:

• Automatically Collected:
• Server IDs, Channel IDs, and User IDs (for features like temp channels, moderation, logging)
• Command usage data (e.g., which commands are used, how often)
• Timestamps related to bot activity (e.g., message logs, role changes)
• Optional Integrations:
• Public streamer/channel info (IDs, names, URLs)
• User-set configuration settings

2. How We Use This Data

• To provide requested features (welcome messages, moderation, live alerts, etc.)
• To troubleshoot bugs and improve performance
• To prevent abuse or misuse of the bot

We do not:

• Collect personal DMs
• Read or store message content unless explicitly required for a command (e.g., /say, logging)
• Sell, rent, or share your data with third parties

3. Data Storage & Retention

• Data is stored securely and only as long as needed for feature functionality
• You may request manual deletion of stored data via our Support Server.
• If the bot is removed from your server, associated configuration data may be cleared automatically within 30 days

4. Opt-Out & Removal

• Remove CoreFree from your server to stop all data collection
• Contact our team to request permanent deletion of any stored data

5. Third-Party Services

Some integrations (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, TikTok) may request or use data through their official APIs. You are responsible for adhering to their privacy policies when using these features.

6. Developer Access

Only trusted CoreFree developers have access to the bot infrastructure and stored data. All access is logged and reviewed for security.

7. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be posted in our Support Discord. Continued use of CoreFree implies acceptance of any updated policy.
